Grampound Surgery: NHS Kernow agrees to doctors' proposal to close the premises

At a meeting of the Primary Care Commissioning Committee of NHS Kernow Clinical Commissioning Group on 10 December, the doctors' proposal to close the branch surgery in Grampound was approved.

This marks a sad end to a long history of having a GP surgery in the village.

In future, patients in the parish will have to use the facilities at Probus or the Merlin Centre.

I am sorry that I was unable to prevent this happening. Thank you to all those who took the time and trouble to complete the survey that I carried out earlier this year.
