Kevin Lavery, chief executive, to move to New Zealand

It was being reported in the local media (21 Decenber) that Kevin Lavery, chief executive of Cornwall Council, is to leave Cornwall and take up the position of chief executive of Wellington in New Zealand. See article in West Briton online.

On Christmas Eve, Mr Lavery emailed all members to confirm that he had accepted the job offer.
