New guidance on planning enforcement issues January 2014

Please read the guidance below and then, if you wish to report a possible breach of planning, complete the information on the Planning enforcement complaint and send it to Cornwall Council. Please note that this is not a form that can be completed online, you will need to print it out and complete it. Then, it can be emailed to planning.enforcement@cornwall.gov.uk
