Tippetts Cottage in Ladock Road, Probus demolished in preparation for new build of terraced houses

The cottage in Ladock Road, Probus, that has lain empty and derelict for many years has been demolished in preparation for construction of new terraced houses.

Planning permission was granted for the proposal in 2014 (PA14/08062) and work is now underway. Details of the planning permission can be viewed on the Council's planning portal at Tippetts Cottage application.

A new application has been submitted recently to amend the proposal so that 8 houses in total are constructed rather than the consented scheme of 6 houses and 2 flats. The new proposal PA16/08582 can also be viewed online. The application has not yet been determined (as at 10 October).
