Wainhomes appeal will be heard in public inquiry in February 2015

The date for the start of the public inquiry to hear the Wainhomes planning appeal has been set for Tuesday 10 February 2015. The venue has not yet been confirmed, but it is hoped that it will be either in Probus itself or in close proximity to the village.

Any resident who wishes to speak at the appeal should come to the start of the inquiry and ask to be registered with the inspector.

As your Cornwall Councillor, I have submitted my objection to the planning inspector and I will be at the inquiry to speak against it. My objection is along the same lines as that which I put to the Council at the determination of the original planning application.
