Wainhomes appeal public inquiry starts 10 February 2015

The Wainhomes planning appeal public inquiry commences in Truro on 10 February 2015. It will be held in the old council chamber in Carrick House. Any member of the public can attend.

If you wish to speak at the inquiry, I suggest that you make sure that you are there at the opening time of 10 a.m. and make yourself known to the inspector.

The inspector has pubished a draft of the proposed procedure and timetable, see appeal timetable.

As your Cornwall Councillor, I have submitted my objection to the planning inspector and I will be at the inquiry to speak against it. My objection is along the same lines as that which I put to the Council at the determination of the original planning application.
