Wainhomes Probus phase 2: reserved matters planning application submitted

In March 2020, Central Planning Committee approved the outline planning application for the Wainhomes second phase in Probus.

Wainhomes have now submitted a reserved matters application for the site. Wainhomes have set up a dedicated website to provide updates on what is happening with the project. See: Wainhomes phase 2

The application can be viewed on Cornwall Council's planning portal reference no. PA21/00353.

Please note that it is still the intention that Cornwall Council will purchase the whole site from Wainhomes once detailed planning permission has been achieved and that the homes will be a mixture of rented and shared ownership properties.
