Wainhomes phase 2: reserved matters application to be submitted soon

In March 2020, Central Planning Committee approved the outline planning application for the Wainhomes second phase in Probus. The permission was subject to the signing of a suitable s106 agreement with Cornwall Council. This has just about been finalised as of August.

Wainhomes are now about to submit a reserved matters application for the site. Wainhomes have set up a dedicated website to provide updates on what is happening with the project. See: Wainhomes phase 2

Please note that it is still the intention that Cornwall Council will purchase the whole site from Wainhomes once detailed planning permission has been achieved and that the homes will be a mixture of rented and shared ownership properties.
